Withdrawing funds is as fast and safe as depositing funds in your trading account. Simply request a withdrawal of funds via the “Client Portal.” There may be a minimum/maximum amount request depending on the payment method.

Withdrawals will be processed according to the payment method used. Your funds must be transferred to the same card, e-wallet, bank account used for deposit giving priority to the credit card method first. Any additional funds/profits can be withdrawn using an alternative payment method.

If you lose your card or it was cancelled, please inform your bank immediately and contact us at [email protected] to provide us with proof that the card has been cancelled/lost. We will let you know of an alternative method to the credit card to fund your trading account or make withdrawals.
